Most orders will be processed within one working day after receipt of payment.
Preferred payment methods is PayPal. Any item purchased but not paid for within 3 days will be returned to the inventory and the sale will be cancelled.
Items will be shipped by Registered Priority Airmail. Fragile and valuable items will be insured at no extra charge to the customer. Delivery time expected between 7 to 14 working days. In some countries delivery might take some more days due to slow postal services.
Multiple items in the same order can be packed and shipped together.
Return policy:
An email to advise the return of any item must be done within 48 hours after receipt.
A Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be issued. This RAN must appear on the outside of the return package.
All tags must be attached and the product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you.
Item must be sent back within 48 hours after receipt of the RAN, but latest within 7 days after receipt of the product.
The return must be done via Registered Airmail at your cost.
The refund of the purchase price will be issued once the item is received back and inspected. Your purchase order initially being shipped with Free Shipping, our shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund.
